Bee Rescue keyring
This bee-saving kit is enclosed in a beautiful keyring. Attach it to your house or car keys so it's nice and handy for when you encounter an exhausted bee in need of help. Our wild pollinators are so valuable to the environment and our nations food security, that it really is important to help in every way we can.
The bee revival keyring provides an emergency solution to revive an exhausted bee so it can continue its vital mission of pollination, with wild bee populations under constant threat, saving one bee at a time becomes vitally important for all of us. Making this keyring the perfect gift for any occasion.
1) Check the Symptoms
Is the bee wet? If so, you can place her in the sun to warm up. An exhausted bee, however, will appear lethargic and will probably be far away from any flowers. It is important to note that she could be only resting or actually dying. Bees don't live very long, and if she looks old or is clinging to a flower, sadly these steps won't resurrect her.
2) Stay Protected
Make sure you are protected from the bee's stinger by using your sleeve, a nearby leaf, or a container when you pick her up. Remember to be gentle. There's nothing scarier than a big human carrying you off.
3) Find a Flower
Try and find a flower nearby. If it's possible, make it a high nectar and pollen one such as buddleia, sunflowers or knapweeds. This is the high-nutrient food that she has been looking for.
4) Wait
You do need to have a little patience. The average bee resting time is about 30 minutes. Give it time and if she doesn't take it, she either can't or doesn't want it.
5) Offer a Sugar Solution
If the flower method fails, sugar water is needed. The RSPB suggests getting a small container or spoon and offering two tablespoons of granulated white sugar to one tablespoon of water. If you have your Bee Revival Keyring, this is an easy step for your spontaneous encounter with a tired bee. Remember that if she doesn't take it, don't force it on her as she will be a sticky mess and worse off than when you found her!

Are your products Vegan?
No.
Vegans believe to harvest honey and other bee produced products is cruel, however substitute products classed as vegan are often from very questionable sources (research soy beans, GM soy bean crops, Glyphosate and deforestation).
While it is true selling products produced by bees for profit can be considered exploitation...
We are ethical, bee-centric beekeepers. Our Queens wings are never clipped, allowing them to swarm should the colony decide.
Our bees take priority when it comes to retaining their honey we never take more honey than any one colony can spare and ensure there is enough of their own honey in periods of poor weather, rain and winter.
We don’t harvest royal jelly.
Our Apiaries are limited to a maximum of four colonies to any one well stocked acre. This means more work and expense for us but helps mitigate pressure for resources on wild pollinators. Our Apiary in Steart is now limited to two colonies due to the pressure on pollinators.
We work hard to raise awareness of the plight of wild pollinators, suffering from lack of habitat, loss of wildflower meadows, lack of safe chemical-free food. We plant for all pollinators and leave areas of garden to go wild and encourage you to do the same.
If you are vegan, I salute you for putting Animal welfare above all else, but please do steer clear of US Soy bean crops.
Here's a vegan honey recipe I found, obviously won't be as good as honey from the bees and unfortunately, it does use white granulated sugar... The British Sugar Industry has lined the pockets of successive governments for decades in order to keep using the very Neonicotionoids that have caused the insect apocalypse, anyway enjoy:
